
Andrew Fairlie, one of the greatest cooks of the Scots. I am sure his cooking and his person will be remember by many of us. Witnessing him cooking, i will not forget with how much attention he did his dishes and the calm he had even when around him a whole team rushed and panics.

Clare Smyth is the first and only female chef in the UK to hold 3 Michelin stars. Head Chef at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay since 2008, Clare has consistently maintained the extremely high standards necessary to uphold her position at the pinnacle of culinary expertise. Having previously worked under Alain Ducasse at Louis XV in Monaco and having staged in many renowned kitchens, Clare herself is now an inspirational mentor to the next generation of young chefs.

Pierre Koffmann (La Tante Claire), is a French-born professional chef who has worked mainly in the United Kingdom. He was one of a handful of chefs in the United Kingdom to have been awarded the coveted three Michelin stars at his restaurant La Tante Claire in London. He is currently the head chef of Koffmann's at The Berkeley hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Angela Hartnett (Murano) the 1 Michelin Starred Italian fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair where she has been chef patron since 2008. She became the sole owner in October 2010. Under the leadership of Gordon Ramsay, Angela achieved her first Michelin-star in 2004 at the Connaught, using knowledge gained from her Italian grandmother to champion modern cuisine with an Italian accent. Angela is currently writing for the Guardian in a weekly recipe column and has new book out in July 2011.

Ruth Rogers the River Café

Ken Hom OBE (traditional Chinese: 譚榮輝ī, born May 3, 1949) is an American chef, author and television-show presenter for the BBC. In 2009 he was appointed honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for "services to culinary arts”.
Since 2008, Hom has been an ambassador for Action Against Hunger, a humanitarian charity which works in over 40 countries helping families to feed their children and build a sustainable life.

Fergus Henderson (St John); He is often noted for his use of offal and other neglected cuts of meat as a consequence of his philosophy of Nose To Tail Eating. Most of his dishes are derived from traditional British cuisine and the wines are all French. In 2003 he opened St John Bread and Wine in Spitalfields, London.St John was awarded a Michelin star in 2009.

Antonio Carluccio, OBE OMRI is an Italian chef, restaurateur and food expert.

Judy Joo, executive chef for The Playboy Club London is an American chef and television personality. She is currently one of the four Iron Chefs.
Joo graduated from Columbia University and began a career in the banking industry working at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. However, she switched careers and began working as a chef at Gordon Ramsay's restaurants, including Maze, Petrus, Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s and The Boxwood Café. She has also worked in the restaurants The French Laundry and The Fat Duck.

Heston Blumenthal (The Fat Duck), A self-taught chef, Heston Blumenthal's route to the top has been an unconventional one, involving rule-breaking, unusual experiments and an exploding oven. The Fat Duck has been awarded three Michelin stars and was voted Best Restaurant in the world in 2005.

Chef Jeff Galvin adds the finishing touches to one of the dishes for guests. His most used tool in the kitchen is his Japanese chef’s knife. I use it for just about everything I do in the kitchen. Working with his brother, running several Galvin Restaurants he says: I work with him today and my first job was in his kitchen. I had a three-year apprenticeship with him, in fact, so he’s probably my biggest mentor.

Claire Clark after honing her skills under legendary Swiss patissier’s Ernest Bachmann and John Huber, Claire went on to work as the Head Pastry Chef at Thomas Keller’s iconic three Michelin starred French Laundry in California. Her career has also taken her to some of the leading restaurants and hotels in London including The Wolseley, Hilton Metropole Hotel and Claridges Hotel as well as consulting for the House of Commons. Claire is the first British female pastry chef to win a Master of Culinary Arts (MCA) award in 1997; Claire was more recently awarded an MBE in 2011 for her services to the food industry.
