27 November 2011 - On Saturday night, the brand new and highly acclaimed Hawksmoor Guildhall opened its kitchens to four of the best chefs in the country for an exclusive evening, and raised funds for malnourished children around the world.
Head chef Richard Turner welcomed a dream team of Jun Tanaka (Pearl, Street Kitchen), Judy Joo (Iron Chef), Matt Laville (Pollen Street Social) and Valentine Warner (BBC) to cook up a storm for the evening’s lucky guests.
The soiree was hosted by Bloomberg’s Richard Vines and the fantastic Ravinder Bhogal, and featured a delicious Champagne Taittinger reception, a scrumptious five course meal with drinks, and a state-of-the-art silent auction of once-in-a lifetime experiences.
